The idea behind the introduction of Bus Rapid Transport, BRT, by the Lagos State government was to ease the transportation woes of Lagosians as well as provide a convenient way of transportation. The scheme began on a high and many people hailed the government and gave them kudos. But down the years, riding a BRT bus has become a nightmare.
